Creating Heart Connections arose from my desire to assist and support women and men seeking to reconnect with their true nature and awaken their hearts. I am deeply passionate about revealing to you your true nature, or essence, whether it is through coursework, circle facilitation or Reiki chakra balancing. Following the pathway of the heart and reconnecting with our essence is the most authentic path to a better, more purposeful life. It is self care for the soul!
